Craft fair idea

There are loads of ideas floating around for Christmas and craft fairs, and we use them as inspiration for us, one of these projects was shown on youtube by the lovely Amanda Charlesworth of Scrimping Mommy (link to the video is below).
I cased the idea from Amanda but changed the packaging and boxed them.

Box dimensions are : 6×6 inches square, 1 inch in depth.

Products used were:

Whisper white cardstockstamp set
envelope punch board
Snowflake Sentiments Stamp Set
Crumb cake inkpad
Smokey Slate inkpad

Gold and Silver foil sheets

 

 

 

I then decided to go one step further and create a gift pack of the bows and handmade tags using the same materials,  which can be purchased at my stampin’up online shop.

Box dimensions are: 10×4 inches with 1 inch depth.

There are 4 decorative bows, 6 silver foil backed tags and 6 gold foil backed tags.

Creating with Kits

I have finally caught up a bit from on the go projects and decided to finish my mixed media canvas using my Beauty and the Beast Kit and beautifully made resin pieces from the Trinket Parlour over on facebook . I am new to mixed media, including decoupage ,embossing and using colour but decided to give it a go, always learning and looking for inspiration. Birthday !!!

shabby vintage cardsTodays make is a birthday card for a very special friend who also has a shared love of Shabby chic and Vintage, a selection of vintage designer papers on a  6×6 cardstock base,  distressed with Vintage photo distress ink from Tim Holtz with one of  her other favorites” Butterfly”. A double bow and hanging tassel charm finishes it nicely. It also coincides with the Moving along with the times challenge which I will link this too as my entry.

Break Away

Hi everyone,

Hope your all doing well, I flew back from a beautiful little town called Porto Cristo in Majorca late Wednesday night and if you are a Fibro sufferer you will understand why I needed a few days rest haha!  But I enjoyed 4 wonderful days with lovely weather and breathtaking scenery.

Busy Busy !!!

Hope your all having a great weekend so far, ive been busy this week taking part in challenges on 2 of the facebook groups i belong to,  both run by the lovely Amanda Charlesworth (Scrimping Mommy)

One of the groups is Perpetual Christmas card club and the challenge was to create a card with berries and holly and the other  is Stampin for all community,  this weeks challenge was to create an aperture card.

I also belong to a community and swap group and this week i got to meet one of the members personally, the lovely Wendy Townsend (http://spanishcrafter.blogspot.co.uk) to swap our mini canvases, as she was in my neck of the woods. She is also Wendys crafty crafts on facebook so please go visit this lovely lady and show her some love.

Cards Cards and more Cards !!!

Hello everyone, I have been busy making some Christmas cards for a lovely lady Gaynor Boyce, ( MissG Crafts on youtube)  for her challenge to send as many Christmas cards as possible to donate to Help the Aged, a very worthy cause, so whilst I had Christmas stamps out I decided to make some more.

Gatefold Christmas mini albums

Hello everyone , sorry I haven’t been on lately Ive been catching up on some orders and trying to get myself a little ahead for Christmas.

Its Friday yayy

 

Nearly the weekend people hope you all had a good week and something nice planned for the weekend. I am in the wars nearly chopped my thumb off by getting it trapped in a taxi door, so stitches for me, on the bright side I was helping my neighbour get to the doctors so I was in the right place lol. Its my right hand too so its getting in the way of my crafting but it wont stop me.

I have been working on a 8×8 chunky baby album using the beautiful First Edition “Its a boy” paper collection for a customer who saw my ” Its a girl” baby album so cant so you pictures till its finished and the customer has received it but here is a few pictures of the ” Its a Girl ” one below.  I hope you like it, thankyou for stopping by.
